We are back with more from Jennifer and Max’s Carnegie Institution for Science elegant summer DC wedding reception. If you missed part 1, see there the first part of their wedding day and wedding ceremony here. Jennifer and Max planned a classic DC wedding at Carnegie Institution for Science, which is a great venue in the heart of DC. It’s a few blocks up from the White House and near to the hip 14th street corridor. It’s also walking distance to Dupont Circle. We love working with couples who are getting married at Carnegie Institution for Science to plan and coordinate their Washington, DC wedding. For their wedding, Jennifer and Max chose a lovely color palette of pink, blush, navy, gold and cream and incorporated beautiful summer blooms into the bouquets and centerpieces. Everything was perfectly captured by Sarah Bradshaw Photography (see the full DC wedding vendor list below). Here is part 2, from Jennifer and Max’s Carnegie Institution for Science elegant summer DC wedding reception.
After their ceremony, Jennifer and Max took some additional photos outside the venue and their guests enjoyed cocktail hour.
Love Blooms provided centerpieces with seasonal pink and white flowers, including stunning large dahlias and lots of candlelight!
After dinner, Jennifer and Max shared their first dance and then the dance floor and photo booth were open for the rest of the night.
Congrats again to Jennifer and Max. It was such a pleasure to be a part of their Carnegie Institution for Science elegant summer DC wedding reception. To see more weddings we have planned head over to our gallery page.
