My friend and Special Event Consultant, Silvia La Fleur, joined RTR in 2006.  She brings to the table an exceptional wide range of expertise when advising her clients during her consultation, from her living overseas, world travel and catering background. Her keen eye for design and color will transform any bride’s vision to realization. She is able to accomplish this by recommending great ideas in décor to highlight what personifies the couple’s uniqueness or family ethnic back ground.  She takes pride in listening to the client’s vision before creating their dream and working with their budget.

From Silvia:  Rentals To Remember was established in 2001 by Carmen Encina, out of her passion of sewing and beautiful table top settings. It was the well hidden gem of Annapolis!  Now 12 years later, the company services clientele reaching the Tri State area – from as far as Ocean City to St. Mary’s City including all the major cities surrounding  Annapolis.  The company’s success can be attributed to two main factors: its steady growth despite all odds of the slow economy and it is under the dynamic leadership of Carmen’s son and owner, Roberto Pichard.
