Last November I had the pleasure to work with Jessica and Steve for their sweet and lovely wedding at River Farm in Alexandria, Virginia. I’m so excited to be sharing their wedding this week with photos by Victoria Ruan Photography (see the full vendor list below). I loved working with Jessica and Steve; not only are they two of the kindest people, they are also a super sweet couple. Their wedding which included some lovely DIY details and personal touches, was featured on the blog United With Love, head over to UWL to see their feature (ceremony) and (reception). Here is part 1 of their day:
Jessica started the day with her bridesmaids getting ready at River Farm with the team at Modern Bridal Studio.
Meanwhile, Steve and his Groomsmen arrived a bit later for finishing touches and photos. 
Jessica and Steve chose an intimate setting to see each other for the first time. These moments captured by Victoria Ruan are so wonderful and you can really feel the love.
They were then joined by family and wedding party members for some group photos prior to their outdoor ceremony.
Jessica included great feminine details, like these cute silver, pink and gold tassels for the back row. And since it was a mid-November wedding, they served hot cocoa for guests prior the ceremony. The ceremony was officiated by two close friends of the Bride and Groom.
Congratulations to Jessica and Steve! After their ceremony, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour outside and in the house at River Farm and then made their way into the tent for dinner. Part 2 photos will be posted later this week.
