Lauren and Paddy’s November wedding was at Walker’s Overlook, was a really special day for many reasons. These lovebirds met at summer camp, Lauren is from the area and Paddy moved from Ireland to Maryland to be with his love. But one of the most precious parts of the wedding was the family that was there to witness and take part in the marriage and celebration. See part 1 to check out their beautiful ceremony at Walker’s Overlook.
Photographer Kate Fine Art did a great job capturing the day, DJ Chris Laich Music Services kept the dance floor moving, and Catering by Uptown did a great job with the food and service. Their wedding included a lovely Fall color palette (navy, orange, red and champagne), stunning flowers from Edge Floral Event Designers, cupcakes, smores, and a super cute DIY photo booth.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour and Lauren and Paddy had a few moments together.
Lauren and her mom thought of so many sweet details to include. We loved setting up this escort card display with these shutters.
During cocktail hour the tent was transformed for dinner. Tables included seasonal blooms in Fall colors, great candlelight and the cutest table number signs (Lauren and Paddy’s dog :).
As a dog lover, I am more than a little obsessed with these table signs. Such a fun idea to include your fur baby.
To start the night, Lauren and Paddy shared their first dance as husband and wife.
Lauren’s dad gave a wonderful speech. And after dinner they shared a very special Father-Daughter dance.
Congratulations again to the happy couple. It was really wonderful to be a part of Lauren and Paddy’s wedding.
