Earlier in the year Pantone named “Tangerine Tango” as the color for 2012. I love this bright and spirited reddish-orange color for weddings anytime during the year. According to Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute®, “Tangerine Tango is an orange with a lot of depth to it. Reminiscent of the radiant shadings of a sunset, Tangerine Tango marries the vivaciousness and adrenaline rush of red with the friendliness and warmth of yellow, to form a high-visibility, magnetic hue that emanates heat and energy.”
There are so many beautiful ways to add this cheerful color into your Wedding decor. For summer, I love pairing tangerine with pink and white, for the perfect mix of sophistication and zest.
