Comfort food favorites we are seeing include kobe beef sliders, pulled pork sliders, truffle mac and cheese lollipops, mini grilled cheese with tomato soup shooters

There are also some great fall theme signature drink ideas, my new favorite is an Apple Cobbler cocktail (2 parts Disaronno, 1 part cranberry juice, 1 part apple juice, 1/4 part fresh lemon juice).  Other great options include Pomegranate Sparklers and Cranberry Sparklers (Pomegranate or Cranberry Juice and Champagne).

Reception

Instead of the traditional chicken, salmon, and beef filet, other cuts of meat are becoming popular options.  Some great alternatives include duck, rack of lamb, pork tenderloin, short ribs and Cornish hens served with roasted root vegetables.

Dessert

Along the lines of the comfort food craze for savory foods, sweet classic options are also popular; these include donuts, brownies, cupcakes, and classic chocolate chip cookies.
