We love how romantic winter weddings can be and last year we had the pleasure to work with Renuka and Eric for their Washington, DC winter wedding at Carnegie Institution for Science. One of my favorite parts about planning weddings for couples in the DC region, is getting to incorporate different cultures and family traditions. For their wedding, Renuka and Eric blended both their cultural and religous backgrounds for a wedding ceremony that was super personal. We also had Wed on Canvas (a live painter) on hand, who created the most beautiful painting and keepsake of their wedding ceremony. This winter wedding included a color palette of marsala, white, royal blue and gold.
