Courtney, a former planner with Bright Occasions and now a mother of four, brought her vision to life for her own wedding at the Birkby House. She and her husband are preparing to celebrate their anniversary this August. If you’re as obsessed with chinoiserie as we are, then you’re about to fall in love with today’s stunning Southern fête at the Birkby House. Considering the bride planned and designed weddings with her wedding planner, Bright Occasions, for almost 4 years – it’s no surprise this wedding day is magical from beginning to end, complete with personalized touches at every turn. From the Bright Occassions… Courtney included so many beautiful and thoughtful details. From the custom crest designed by Dandelion Patch to the venue drawing designed by her sister, which we included in the most beautiful wedding invitation and stationery printed by The Dandelion Patch. Courtney also sourced many of her own blue and white chinoiserie vases, including a special Virginia Tobacco jar that was a family heirloom.
