Inspiration for weddings and event design is literally everywhere you look. I love dreaming up designs for weddings and events through travel, culture and color. Lately, I’ve been dreaming of Italy and my time spent living and studying there. I miss the fresh pasta, amazing food, olive oil and wine, and some of the friendliest people I’ve met. One of my favorite areas in Italy is Cinque Terre, along the the Italian Riviera. Cinque Terre is made up of 5 old seaside towns that feature colorful houses, vineyards, cliffs, harbors, beaches, fishing boats and is known for it’s seafood, limoncello and pesto. Hiking trails, boats and trains connect each village; you cannot get there by car, which has preserved it’s quaint charm. When I think of Cinque Terre, besides the beautiful water and people, I am immediately drawn to the brightly colored homes that line the streets and cliffs. So for this Bright Italian Summer Wedding Inspiration, I am drawing from some of the dominant colors of those houses, yellows, pinks, peaches with mint green.
